movement is afforded the opportunity. They plan and coordinate all education programs that go on in the Local. Schools are set up throughout the year in order that all members as

concerning Union elections.

being discriminated against by either the Union or the Company. They are trained to look objectively into each case. Special schools are set up through the year to focus on
